Intellectual Property
All creative assets, ad copy, and funnel designs created by RPM Revenue remain the intellectual property of RPM Revenue unless otherwise agreed upon.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. If services are terminated mid-billing cycle, refunds are not issued unless stated in the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
RPM Revenue is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, that may result from the use of our services.
Changes to Terms
